Last update: March 19, 2020

With COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continuing to evolve as a global health issue, the health and safety of our patrons, musicians, and employees is our highest priority and we are continuing to monitor the situation daily.

Our office will be closed indefinitely for walk-in visitors during this time.  We will be working remotely throughout this period and will be available to answer all email and voicemail messages.

Below are your options if you have tickets to a cancelled or postponed concert:

  • Exchange your tickets to an upcoming performance. We are happy to exchange your tickets for any concert through December 2020.  Please note our 2020-2021 season is currently under development and will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
  • Put tickets on account. Unsure what you’d like to exchange into? The symphony office can add a flexible pass to your account that can be used through December 2020.
  • Donate your ticket. Your tax-deductible donation today means that the next time you join us for a concert, the orchestra will be here to share the joy of live music with you once more, as a healthy, vibrant and financially secure organization.

For assistance with any of the above ticketing options, leave a voice mail or email the symphony office.

Please be aware that we are responding to a high volume of emails and phone calls so your inquiry may take longer than normal to answer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Your support today is more important than ever. As a nonprofit arts organization, Bremerton WestSound Symphony relies on the people we serve. That has never been more true than during this time of event closures as our community works together to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Please consider the role music plays in your life and support your Symphony with a gift of any amount today.
